Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph; U.S. Citizenship required.
• 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification program completed post-start; on-the-job training required.
• 3+ years of experience working with mission operations.

Responsibilities

• Researches, analyzes, and compiles technical data for products and system-level concepts in projected environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.
• Applies systems engineering processes and tools to design of system of systems, new product development.
• Derives architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs.
• Assists in integration of technical, cost, risks and engineering considerations into product definition.
• Interfaces with project teams, management, sales, customers and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools.
• Trains and instructs others; provide leadership and mentorship across program needs.
• Works under general direction.
