Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, California, is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to lead the Common Products Group's spacecraft subsystem programs, including antenna subsystems and passive microwave devices, from proposal through final flight delivery.

You will develop integrated schedules, perform EVM analysis, identify risks and opportunities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of program or project management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience making calculated risks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and changes.
• Analyze trends, variance, risks, and planning impacts on product development.
• Identify risk and opportunity potential and mitigate accordingly.
• Develop lead time requirements and ensure baseline management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies.
• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Requires 100% onsite in El Segundo; U.S. Citizenship and clearance required.
