• Experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and execution of space hardware.
• Coordinate with programs and support functions to optimize pipelines and deliveries.
• Plan resources from engineering, operations and supplier management for cross-functional teams.
• Perform capacity and throughput analysis across resources.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical and risk for space hardware from development through delivery.
• Develop and maintain Earned Value baselines and status performance to plan.
• Lead project startup and close-out, document lessons learned for future roadmaps.
