Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years with a Master’s degree or 12+ years with a Bachelor's.
• Strong program management experience across hardware development.

• Lead end-to-end spacecraft programs from development through delivery.
• Manage a diverse portfolio aligned to strategy with clear accountability.
• Oversee multimillion-dollar budgets including labor and subcontracts.
• Mentor and develop other program managers and teams.
