Job summary

Torch Technologies, headquartered in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Senior-Level Test Engineer to support fielded space command and control systems. You will help develop operational test products, plan and execute tests, and report results as part of a compact, skilled team.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, a technical engineering degree with 8–10+ years of space/missile defense experience, and an active TS clearance. Onsite in Huntsville with travel 10–20% and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active TS clearance required to start, ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• 10+ years in a technical field related to space/missile defense.
• Experience with space sensors and on-orbit satellites.
• Knowledge of defense acquisition policies and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Test & Evaluation products such as TES, TEMP, and Test Campaign Plans.
• Design, execute, and report test events for operational effectiveness, survivability, and suitability.
• Collaborate within a small team of test engineers, OR analysts, tool developers, and writers.
