Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a C2BMC Test Analyst/Engineer to join our Huntsville team to support Missile Defense System flight testing, ground testing, and simulation-based events. You will analyze system performance and interoperability, provide on-site quick-look assessments, and develop data-driven reports for decision-makers.

We require U.S. Citizenship, a technical bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years of DoD test experience, with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting DoD test and evaluation environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Experience with data analysis, systems engineering, or simulation-based testing.
• Experience with MDA’s C2BMC systems and analysis.
• Familiarity with Tableau workbook development.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Perform system-level performance and interoperability analyses for C2BMC in ground test and simulation-based events.
• Conduct on-site quick-look analysis during test execution to provide timely insights.
• Support pre-mission predictive analysis activities to assess system performance.
• Carry out post-mission detailed analysis using multiple data sources.
• Create data visualizations and reports to support decision-making.
• Prepare test analysis documentation, readiness briefs, and post-test products.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and test teams for integrated planning.
• Brief senior leadership with clear, accurate technical findings.
