Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, mathematics, or physical sciences is required.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in systems engineering or program management.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; experience presenting and writing technical information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead systems engineering and integration activities across space programs.
• Direct test planning and execution, including architecture design, operational testing, data evaluation, and risk assessment.
• Support requirements development and verification through verifiable requirements and engineering models.
• Provide integration support for programs and LEPs through reviews, investigations, and studies.
• Ensure end-to-end program success from requirements to operations with validated interfaces.
