You will translate requirements into architectures, guide staffing, and work with BD, Capture, Engineering, and Proposal teams to shape winning proposals.

The role requires 10+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's in engineering or similar, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

10+ years of solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership in DoD/IC programs.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
Proven ability to lead technical solution development for large Federal capture and proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical solution development for capture and proposal efforts.
Develop differentiated solutions across Space Systems, Mission Engineering, Platform Integration, C5ISR, AI/ML, and Software Integration.
Translate customer requirements into executable architectures and staffing strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams across BD, Capture, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing, and Product Management.
Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and develop discriminators for competitive positioning.
