Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end technical solution development for DoD EW, Cyber, and Systems Engineering opportunities. You will own the process from customer engagement to proposal submission and transition to execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams and translate requirements into executable architectures, staffing plans, and compelling proposal content, while mentoring others and supporting both classified and unclassified proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership for DoD or IC programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Proven success leading technical solution development for large Federal capture and proposal efforts ($100M+ TCV preferred).
• Experience translating requirements into technical architectures and proposal content.
• Authoring or leading technical proposal volumes for large Federal acquisitions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical solution development for capture and proposal efforts.
• Develop differentiated solutions across EW, Cyber, Systems, Mission Engineering, Platform Integration, C5ISR, AI/ML, and Software Integration.
• Translate customer requirements into executable architectures, staffing strategies, and proposal content.
• Lead cross-functional teams across BD, Capture, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing, and Product Management.
• Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and develop discriminators for competitive positioning.
• Support classified and unclassified proposals ensuring technical quality and compliance.
• Represent EW capabilities through customer engagements, briefings, white papers, demos, and strategy sessions.
• Mentor other Solution Architects and contribute to proposal reviews.
