Job summary

The role emphasizes risk management, DoDAF/SOA alignment, and executive-level communication to enable informed decision-making throughout government programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 14+ years hands-on software/system development experience on complex programs.
• 5+ years experience substituting for a degree is allowed.
• Strong knowledge of system architectures and DoDAF/SOA.
• Experience creating technical documentation and system solutions.
• Proven cross-functional coordination and risk management.
• Clear communication to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements across architectures.
• Develop/maintain systems engineering documentation (SEPs, ICDs, etc.).
• Coordinate cross-discipline activities and reviews.
• Provide technical direction for hardware/software development and testing.
• Support certification/authorization processes and risk mitigation.
• Lead IPTs and ERBs to design new capabilities and address issues.
