Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end technical solution development for strategic DoD/IC opportunities in Space Systems. You will own customer engagement, opportunity shaping, and proposal execution across cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated, compliant solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in solution architecture and a TS/SCI clearance with poly, plus a strong track record in large federal captures and complex architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership experience in DoD or IC programs.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proven success leading technical solution development for large Federal capture and proposals (TCV $100M+).
• Experience with Space Vehicle development, Ground Systems, C5ISR, Platform Integration, AI/ML, HW/SW Integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical solution development for strategic capture and proposal efforts.
• Develop differentiated solutions across Space Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Platform Integration, C5ISR, AI/ML, and Software Integration.
• Translate customer requirements into executable technical architectures, implementation approaches, staffing strategies, and proposal content.
• Lead solution contributor to cross-functional teams spanning Business Development, Capture, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing, and Product Management.
• Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and develop technical discriminators that improve competitive positioning.
• Support both classified and unclassified proposals while ensuring technical quality, compliance, and consistency.
• Represent CACI's Space capabilities through customer engagements, technical briefings, white papers, demonstrations, and strategy sessions.
• Mentor other Solution Architects and contribute to proposal reviews and technical solution assessments.
