Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent mission and technical experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant DoD/IC/federal national-security mission experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience translating mission requirements into executable technical/operational solutions.
• Experience creating CONOPS, mission workflows, system views, and technical volume content.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including briefing senior leaders.
• Ability to coordinate across Capture, BD, proposal, pricing, operations, technical SMEs, subcontractors, and executives under tight deadlines.
• Experience in at least two of: intelligence analysis/operations; systems/mission engineering; cyber and cyber operations; mission ops; ISR/UXS; federal capture/proposal/content.

Responsibilities

• Develop mission-centered solutions that are credible and executable for government evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with SMEs, programs, and mission experts to identify priorities and requirements.
• Translate mission needs into CONOPS, workflows, architectures, staffing, transitions, and risk mitigations.
• Shape solutions across M&ES areas including lifecycle sustainment and software modernization.
• Lead solution development for intelligence, cyber, systems engineering, and mission operations.
• Create storyboards, graphics concepts, white papers, and technical volume outlines.
• Serve as technical volume lead, including writing and page-count management.
• Facilitate solutioning sessions with Capture, BD, pricing, proposal, operations, SMEs, and partners.
• Brief recommendations to senior leaders and defend the solution in reviews.
• Build reusable mission threads and artifacts for future pursuits.
