Job summary

CACI International Inc is actively seeking a Solutions Architect to deliver technical leadership across complex enterprise environments supporting AF DCGS. You will translate mission needs into secure, scalable architectures and collaborate with government customers, engineers, governance bodies and Integrated Product Teams to shape architecture decisions.

The role emphasizes cloud experience (AWS/Azure), RMF, and DoD/IC environments, with a TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
10+ years of progressive engineering, systems integration, or enterprise IT experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field; or associate’s degree + 4 years of relevant experience.
DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, GICSP, or equivalent).
Experience developing technical solutions for complex enterprise, cloud, data, application, infrastructure, or network environments.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, architecture decisions, risks, and recommendations to customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical advisor to architecture review boards and governance forums.
Lead technical coordination with government customers, stakeholders, engineers, and program teams.
Analyze complex engineering and business challenges to develop mission-aligned solutions.
Design end-to-end architectures addressing security, performance, scalability, interoperability, and maintainability.
Define current-state and future-state architectures, roadmaps, interfaces, and dependencies.
Perform systems management and integration activities evaluating capabilities and constraints.
Assess enterprise systems and recommend architecture improvements.
Translate operational requirements into technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Provide specialized technical support for AF DCGS systems and equipment.
Evaluate cloud services and technology products for mission and enterprise needs.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies early.
Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and solution artifacts.
Work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams.
