Job summary
Sodern America, Inc. seeks a Senior Products and Sales Engineer in Englewood, CO to bridge sales and technical teams, supporting pre- and post-sales activities for space-grade systems. You will be the product expert on star trackers and attitude systems, translate customer needs into technical solutions, and travel up to 20–30% to support customers and events as a founding-member of the U.S.
operation. This role offers an opportunity to shape SAM’s U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in GNC, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 5+ years in technical support, application engineering or customer-facing roles in high-tech environments.
- Strong understanding of spacecraft attitude control systems, star trackers, and optical sensors.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre‑sales technical support, presentations, and feasibility studies.
- Deliver post‑sales on-site or remote technical support for integration and validation.
- Support proposals with technical input and documentation; translate customer needs into solutions.
- Represent Sodern at events and contribute to internal technical documentation.
