Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 12 years of relevant/related experience, including 3 years in System Safety.
• Master’s Degree in STEM with 10 years of System Safety experience.
• PhD with 7 years of System Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Defining, implementing, and verifying System Safety requirements to mitigate inherent risks.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating hazards in spacecraft using MIL-STD-882E processes.
• Preparing safety artifacts such as SSPP, PHA, FHA, SHA/SSHA, FTA, SAR, HAZMAT Analysis, MSPSP.
