Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support Space Force Space Systems Command, Space Sensing in Boulder, Colorado. The role covers program analysis, acquisition support, staffing, budgeting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination across Government and contractor teams.

The ideal candidate will have substantial senior-level experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead complex work across multiple organizations.

Qualifications

• Senior-level management/analytical experience in a government or contractor setting.
• Experience collecting, consolidating, and communicating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze programmatic, acquisition, schedule, or budget data and make clear recommendations.
• Experience developing briefings, staff papers, and decision-support materials.
• Strong writing, editing, and briefing skills.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical tasks and integrate inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Review work products, resolve issues, and mentor less-experienced teammates.
• Provide program and management analysis for Space Sensing acquisition and execution.
• Support planning, budgeting, spend plans, and budget execution reviews.
• Develop recommendations for Government decision-makers on acquisition and program topics.
• Prepare briefings, white papers, and staff summary materials for headquarters or program offices.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, contracting, financial, and program management stakeholders.
• Support IPTs, working groups, and program reviews with senior-level coordination.
• Track action items, deadlines, risks, and follow-up requirements.
• Support transition planning, baseline establishment, and resource planning.
• Prepare meeting minutes and executive status products for Government review.
