Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Senior Specialist, Integration and Test Engineer to drive electrical integration of subsystems into satellite payloads and lead system-level tests. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with space, aerospace, or defense programs and NPI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical integration of sensors and optics into space system payloads.
• Design and integrate cables and harnesses; generate diagrams and BOMs.
• Perform system-level integration tests and develop test fixtures/procedures.
• Apply data-driven approaches to monitor KPIs and improve manufacturing.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, and operations to meet goals.
