You will lead test operations across space vehicle programs, coordinating ETL scheduling, facility interactions, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant integration and test activities.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and program management, maintaining test procedures, and providing status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Experience leading integration and test activities for space payloads and complex aerospace systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate test operations across multiple programs.
• Lead ETL scheduling for vibration, thermal, and TVAC activities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for test operations and cross-functional teams.
• Plan and manage major test events including readiness reviews and facility coordination.
• Execute space vehicle testing for mass properties, CG, vibration, and environmental campaigns.
• Develop and maintain space vehicle test procedures and AI&T planning documentation.
• Monitor test progress, risks, and issues; coordinate corrective actions with engineering.
