Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field required. Advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years of engineering experience for bachelor’s route, or 6+ years with a Master’s, or 4+ with a PhD.
• Experience in systems engineering including requirements & interface management.

Responsibilities

• Perform system-level planning and analysis across full product lifecycle.
• Develop architectures and system physical views with critical interfaces.
• Generate specification/interface definition documents and manage changes.
• Lead trade studies, design optimization, and mission analysis/planning.
• Support proposal writing, project planning and cost estimation.
• Mentor teammates and participate in readiness reviews.
