Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for space technology to lead the development of engineering processes and guide a multidisciplinary team through analysis, integration, verification and validation.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Engineering and sits in Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH. You will define system requirements, lead verification plans, and develop architecture using trade studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 7–9 years of experience in system engineering or related field.
• Experience identifying interface requirements and managing interactions across system and subsystem boundaries.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through analysis, integration, verification and validation.
• Experience leading milestone reviews and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience developing and reviewing integrated system architecture using trade studies.
• Experience with system modeling, analysis, and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Define, trace, and manage system requirements across lifecycles and interfaces.
• Lead the team in verification and validation plans and ensure quality standards.
• Develop and review integrated system architecture using trade studies.
• Manage stakeholder needs and translate requirements into design inputs.
• Coordinate design changes and their impact across subsystems.
• Support milestone reviews and prepare technical progress reports.
