Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ aerospace engineering or related field.
• Travel about 10% and ability to obtain US security clearance.
• DoD Top Secret SCI clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities and design complex test setups.
• Develop fixtures, optimize testing processes and troubleshoot instrumentation.
• Manage large-scale, high-risk test programs and risk analysis.
• Provide guidance on communication, technical documents and presentations.
• Coordinate systems engineering efforts and requirements analysis.
• Support ballistics, propulsion, and avionics discussions as needed.
• Oversee procurement tasks and vendor evaluations for programs.
