Job summary

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer (Level 5) for a contract opportunity in Seal Beach, CA. You will join a diverse team to analyze and develop system requirements, create ICDs, and support architecture, design, integration, test, verification, and validation to satisfy customer needs.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field.
• Typically 14+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground and system-level verification, validation, integration and test.
• Develop requirements management processes and risk assessment.
• Analyze customer needs to define performance requirements and interfaces.
• Develop and execute test plans and verification reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and support MBSE activities.
• Collaborate across teams using scaled agile development.
