Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development for space systems and ground segments.
• 5+ years in the Software Development lifecycle (Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Integration & Test).
• 3+ years of experience leading software development projects.
• 3+ years of experience with Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience in Agile software development and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain requirements, architecture, algorithms, interfaces, and design for high-performance C2 software solutions.
• Lead software development activities in scaled agile with DevSecOps integration.
• Support progress demonstrations to customer representatives and IPT leadership.
• Perform day-to-day activities as Product Owner/Technical Lead, Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master, and/or Integration & Test lead.
• Help IPT define and meet development and integration schedules within cost baselines.
