Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) is seeking a Senior Space Systems Engineer SME to design end-to-end space system architectures and lead requirements, interface control, and space-to-ground integration for defense and national security programs.

The role requires deep expertise in space control technologies, classified workflows, and the ability to lead multi-mission architectures in contested environments.

Qualifications

• MS with over 10 years of experience.
• Expert in classified space control space, ground, and C2 systems (concepts, development, build, and test)
• Expert in space control‑related technologies, including but not limited to electromagnetic spectrum, signal processing, comms
• Expert in developing and managing technical requirements and space system acquisition efforts
• Highly knowledgeable in electronic attack technologies and system design implementation
• Highly knowledgeable in classified space control systems engineering processes and procedures, including requirements development, configuration control, and DR board establishment, execution, and disposition

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end space system architectures aligned with SSC objectives.
• Develop, validate, and manage system and subsystem requirements across space, ground, and comms segments.
• Guide integration and test planning for multi-domain components to ensure interoperability.
• Perform engineering analyses and trade studies to optimize performance.
• Act as a senior technical advisor coordinating with government and contractor teams.
