Job summary

Blue Origin in Seattle seeks a Senior Program Manager within the In-Space Systems PMO to lead execution of complex aerospace programs, coordinating with engineering, finance, and procurement to baselines, track scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in aerospace program management or planning
• Experience on Aerospace Development Programs or Space Systems
• Knowledge of DFARs-based contracts
• Experience maintaining structured environments across a varied workforce
• Strong operations orientation with fast decision-making and results delivery
• Proficiency with MS Project for labor-loaded schedules
• Ability to earn trust and maintain professional relationships

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for execution and management of program deliverables, performance to plan, and completion of customer statement of work
• Manage data requirements lists and deliveries; support scope, baselining, budget, and customer relationships
• Prioritize weekly and monthly tasking across multiple organizations and functions
• Lead financial performance of accounts at program level; supervise subsystem accounts
• Organize staff meetings, reviews, reporting, and planning cycles; track actions
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish program baselines, planning, execution status, and recovery plans
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure process alignment
• Respond to proposals with scope, price, and resource allocation
