Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a bold Verification and Validation Engineer to support the Space Station Systems Engineering and Integration efforts. You will develop verification plans, coordinate across engineering teams, and present verification results to peers and customers.

This role is onsite and based at our SSDF facility. Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in engineering with V&V experience, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with NASA programs and spacesuit testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• 9+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in V&V.
• Experience across full verification lifecycle from concept to close-out.
• NASA human spaceflight program experience is desirable; space suit experience preferred.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with ability to communicate to senior technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement verification and validation activities for space systems.
• Define verification approaches, requirements, and execute verification plans.
• Coordinate verification with suppliers as part of the integrated V&V plan.
• Prepare verification plans and presentations for management and customers.
• Capture evidence and drive closure on verification requirements.
