Job summary

Loft Federal in Colorado is seeking a Facility Security Officer to lead DoD/IC security programs for the National Industrial Security Program. You will ensure compliance, manage personnel and physical security, and serve as FSO and Insider Threat Program Official, coordinating with the DCSA.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD/IC knowledge, and strong communication. This is an on-site role in Arvada, CO with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship and a current active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of DoD/IC program experience.
• Deep knowledge of DoD collateral, SAP, and IC security requirements (NISPOM, ICDs, OPSEC).
• Experience with physical, personnel, system security, OPSEC and insider threat functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide and protect security for Loft Federal assets and services.
• Serve as FSO and Insider Threat Program Official.
• Oversee FOCI compliance and security program operations.
• Develop security education programs and SOPs; manage security budgets.
