CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior RF and Antenna Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced RF and antenna solutions for defense applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in RF systems or antenna systems.
• Experience designing, analyzing, integrating, and testing RF/antenna systems; phased arrays or reflector antennas.
• Strong knowledge of RF propagation, link budgets, range estimates, interference, and system sensitivity.
• Experience developing and managing system and subsystem technical requirements.
• Hands-on with RF test equipment (network/spectrum analyzers, power meters).
• Knowledge of antenna performance metrics: gain, beamwidth, sidelobes, efficiency, scan loss.
• Experience supporting proposals and BOE development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and test of RF, phased array, and reflector antenna systems.
• Develop architectures, requirements, and trade studies for antennas, feeds, and RF networks.
• Perform system-level analyses: propagation, link budgets, range estimates, cascade analysis, interference, sensitivity.
• Support prototype fabrication and assembly of RF systems and hardware.
• Develop and execute test plans for lab, chamber, range, and field tests; analyze results and propose improvements.
• Present concepts and program status to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams and guide junior engineers.
