Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in RF systems, antenna systems, or related mission applications.
• Experience supporting design, analysis, integration, and test of RF and antenna systems.
• Hands‑on experience with RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, integration, and test of RF, phased array, and reflector antenna systems.
• Contribute to system and subsystem architectures, requirements, and trade studies for antennas, apertures, beamforming, RF distribution networks, feeds, and related hardware.
• Perform system-level analyses including RF propagation, link budgets, range estimates, cascade analysis, interference assessments, and sensitivity evaluations.
• Support prototype development, fabrication, and assembly of RF systems and antenna hardware.
• Develop and execute test plans for laboratory, chamber, range, and field testing; analyze results and recommend design improvements.
• Document technical work products and present analyses, test results, and recommendations to internal teams and customers.
• Support proposal efforts, IRAD activities, and other technical business development tasks as needed.
• Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
