Job summary

Advanced Space in Westminster, CO is seeking a Sr. Project Manager with 8-12 years of aerospace program experience to coordinate engineering, operations, business development and leadership on complex programs.

You will manage schedules, risk, IMS, and communication, develop basis-of-estimate, and ensure successful execution while fostering collaboration and customer focus. U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• This role requires 8-12 years of relevant experience in aerospace project management.
• Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS) and contracting principles is preferred.
• DoD/ federal contracting knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Shapes programmatic and technical approach for complex projects balancing performance, cost, schedule, and risk.
• Maintains strong relationships with customers and suppliers and manages risk frameworks.
• Develops basis-of-estimate (BOE) documentation and oversees change control processes.
• Leads integration, test strategies, and configuration management for multi-phase programs.
