Job summary

SNC is seeking a Sr Program Manager to oversee the integration and management of multiple large-scale programs in the Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) area. You will supervise Program and Project Managers, ensuring customer relationships, cost control, scheduling, and technical execution across space, satellite, and on-orbit payload initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in aerospace program management, 5+ years leading large cross-functional teams, and familiarity with FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Systems), or related field.
10+ years in project or program management in Aerospace & Defense with space/on-orbit payload experience.
5+ years leading large-scale projects with cross-functional teams of 10+.
Experience evaluating RFPs/RFQs for DoD, IC, civil space customers.
Experience managing multiple large-scale projects or a large portfolio.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 policies and processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee integration and management of multiple large-scale programs or one complex development.
Lead a portfolio of Program and Project Managers to ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Own program performance reporting to leadership and external customers.
Supervise staff across engineering, mission operations, and integration disciplines.
Drive capacity planning and resource forecasting with business operations and finance.
Formulate and lead cross-functional teams to meet program requirements from proposal through sustainment.
Identify, track, and mitigate program risks across technical, schedule, and cost dimensions.
