Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Operations Lead for the Space Special Programs team in Chantilly, VA. You will oversee internal business operations, drive governance, and partner with the GM to execute strategic objectives for space missions.

The role requires senior-level program management, cross-functional collaboration, and an ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans for engineers, finance, and sales teams. U.S. citizenship and TS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, operations, finance, TPM, product management, or business operations
• Experience with hardware/software products and engineers is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication across leadership levels
• High ownership to manage multiple large projects simultaneously
• Ability to work with engineers and bring hardware/software to market
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
• Understanding spacecraft development pace and risks to support engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale organizational planning and development across Space Special Programs
• Design governance, metrics, and continuous improvement structures
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, align incentives, and manage budgets
• Drive day-to-day operations and build internal processes for execution
• Own end-to-end projects from discovery to resolution, including pricing, org design, and market analysis
