• B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent required.
• 4+ years managing spacecraft or space subsystem teams; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of space program initiatives with internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with Heads of Programs and Operations to manage budget and schedule; meet contractual requirements.
• Engage with customers to ensure alignment and drive mission success.
