Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering or equivalent in years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience in program management and/or program planning in the aerospace industry.
• Experience working on Aerospace Development Programs and/or Space Systems.
• Strong understanding DFARs based contracts.
• Experience in structured environments with varied workforce and multifaceted work portfolio.
• Bias for action, decisive, results-driven.
• Ability to earn trust and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for execution and management of program deliverables and customer SOWs.
• Manage contractual data requirements lists and deliveries.
• Baseline/budget management and programmatic scope/schedule/financials.
• Lead staffing, risk management, and cash flow across multiple organizations.
• Lead finance, procurement, cost engineering teams to establish baselines and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and IT for smooth operations.
• Represent BU interests on proposals, sign-off on proposal content.
