Job summary

Anduril Industries in the Space division is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead day-to-day execution of a funded program building a software-defined, distributed mesh networking layer and C2 capabilities for Space Domain Awareness.

You will coordinate with the customer, Growth team, and internal engineers to meet contractual requirements, budgets, and timelines while pursuing growth opportunities in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or leading complex software development programs for C2 capabilities.
• 8+ years relevant industry experience and cross-functional team leadership.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• B.S. (minimum) in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Owns projects from start to finish with customers and engineering teams.
• Engage with customers to understand mission challenges and shape products.
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver hardware/software solutions.
• Develop and coordinate sprint plans, milestones, and execution plans.
• Grow business through customer success and meeting commercial targets.
