Job summary

Albedo is seeking a technical lead for power and analog electrical engineering on avionics and spacecraft-power programs. You own electrical architecture across programs, set EE direction, and drive next-gen electronics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical-engineering experience.
• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
• Extensive end-to-end hardware-design experience.
• Deep power and analog expertise: DC/DC, battery management, bus regulation.
• High-voltage DC power design including isolation and protection.
• Solid grasp of digital architecture and FPGA interfaces.
• Hands-on schematic capture and PCB layout with signal/power integrity.
• EMI/EMC design, grounding, shielding and filtering.
• Strong lab skills: power measurement and test benches.
• Track record of setting technical direction and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical architecture across EPS and power programs and drive technical direction.
• Lead design reviews and mentor other engineers to ensure best practices.
• Balance hands-on design with architectural planning and system integration.
• Collaborate with FPGA/ avionics, flight software, mechanical/thermal teams.
• Support proposals with EE concepts, budgets, and rough BOMs.
