Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Space Analyst to develop retail shelf planograms and floor plans, driving financial and customer outcomes. You will analyze data, execute category strategies, and physically build planograms in our test lab.

Responsibilities include training analysts, maintaining data calendars, and delivering floorplans in alignment with program standards. A 4-year degree and 5 years of retail space planning experience are required, with hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience creating or designing planograms.

Responsibilities

• Build and update planograms and floor plans using JDA and AutoCAD.
• Train space analysts and maintain planning calendars and Kanban boards.
• Analyze sales and GMROI data to optimize space and profitability.
• Prepare planogram reports for stakeholders and adapt layouts to fiscal goals.
• Collaborate with IT and store teams to implement floorplans and data flows.
