Job summary

GPC is seeking a Space Analyst to design and optimize retail planograms and floor plans in line with corporate standards. You will work in our Atlanta area lab, using JDA and AutoCAD to translate space data into actionable layouts that improve sales, GMROI, and customer experience.

The role requires 5 years in planogram design within retail, strong data skills, and the ability to train peers. A hybrid schedule is offered; up to 2 days remote weekly and occasional travel may occur.

Qualifications

• 5 years of retail experience creating/designing planograms.
• Experience with JDA planogram software and AutoCAD.
• Strong SQL, Excel and data visualization skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into space optimization.
• Experience in a high-volume retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs and updates planograms and floor plans.
• Manages planogram data; produces reports for stakeholders.
• Trains Space Analysts on best practices and JDA usage.
• Builds floor plans aligned with retail standards using JDA/AutoCAD.
• Creates planogram orders and ensures data sync with POS.
• Responds to field requests with data-driven recommendations.
• Supports space utilization analysis and financial reporting.
