Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Planogram Specialist to drive space and assortment planning initiatives onsite four days a week with one remote day. You will collaborate with retailers, develop planograms, and manage multiple timelines to ensure accurate executions across multiple spaces, while aligning with client goals.

You will leverage data, market trends, and internal tools to optimize merchandising decisions and support senior leaders in training and development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, grocery, and CPG.
• 2–4 years of experience creating planograms.
• Experience with space planning analysis and assortment analytics.
• Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Experience with Symphony preferred; Blue Yonder/JDA/Apollo a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partners with retailers to develop space and floor planning strategies, providing data-driven insights on fixture placement and category performance.
• Planogram development and execution across assigned spaces.
• Manages multiple project timelines ensuring processes are followed.
• Uses data analysis and market trends to optimize space utilization for merchandising decisions.
• Supports associates on merchandising principles and aligns plans with customer goals.
