You’ll manage integration with routers, radios, and laser devices across a spacecraft constellation, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to hit milestones and maintain high software quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of network software.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience using Jira for software development management.
• Experience with systems engineering methods and interface management.
• Active Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required due to program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage software development and integration of routers, radios, and laser communication devices on a spacecraft constellation.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors for integration and testing of a system.
• Interface with subcontractors and internal teams to develop plans and meet milestones.
• Design and develop simulation and test approaches for constellation networking.
• Define KPIs for contractors and internal teams.
• Set cadence for feature drops with subcontractors to support the program.
• Develop and maintain staffing plans with senior leadership.
• Plan major integration points and testing between teams.
• Drive best practices for feedback collection and improvements.
