Job summary

Rocketlab is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for their Middle River, MD facility to develop and improve manufacturing processes for the Neutron Launch Vehicle. You will be responsible for integrating flight hardware and supporting the build from start to finish.

A successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace manufacturing. The position offers a competitive salary between $108,000 and $200,000 plus benefits including equity and vacation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and testing hardware associated with space launch vehicles.
• Ability to model with 3D CAD and produce prints.
• Experience with complex assemblies at the system and sub-system level.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the build and integration of Neutron.
• Develop methods to increase throughput and reduce errors.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians on daily routine.
