Responsibilities

• Direct support on the production floor for daily manufacturing tasks.
• Provide technical manufacturing expertise and support.
• Develop and support new methods and processes to improve operations.
• Monitor defect trends and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead teams to resolve yield, quality, and reliability issues.
• Ensure hardware producibility and develop build strategies with design/manufacturing engineers.
• Estimate costs, determine time standards, and specify tooling and process needs.
