Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field with 10+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizen eligible for DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in software development using C#, C++, Python.
• Experience architecting or integrating enterprise software into cloud or hardware hosted environments.
• Ability to mentor engineers and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional coordination across software, hardware, and support teams, manage ground integration and interfaces, and ensure technical alignment, schedule execution, and compliance with program requirements
• Defines subsystem architecture and interfaces, allocate functional responsibilities, support solution development and deployment, and ensure seamless integration across the ground system through effective communication and attention to detail
• Provides independent assessment, analysis, and technical recommendations to support system compatibility and integration with external space and ground interfaces
• Supports requirements development and verification, CONOPS and operational procedure development, and rehearsal and mission readiness documentation and activities
• Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to support reviews and milestone events
• Supports Program Manager and Lead Systems Engineer by identifying and mitigating risks and communicating status and resource needs
• Directs support of the government customer that involves regular interaction and a high level of professionalism
