Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain final security clearance.
• BS degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• 9+ years of experience using CAD tools.
• Experience with thermal/structural/dynamics/vibration analysis or PCB design.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of multi-discipline groups to develop requirements and designs.
• Guide structural design and trade studies to meet program needs.
• Perform detailed structural and thermal analyses with hand calculations and tools.
• Document analyses to show compliance with Boeing and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineering for PCB layout and placement studies.
• Validate designs through reviews, testing and analysis.
• Develop and optimize processes to reduce cycle time and improve products.
• Conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action for failures and plans.
• Track technical performance measures to ensure requirements are met.
