Job summary

AeroVironment seeks electrical engineers to join a team delivering space-qualified electronics for laser communications, space sensors, and electronics for GEO, MEO, LEO missions.

The role covers design of high-speed digital electronics and analog circuits, collaboration across disciplines, and support for manufacturing and testing under strict space standards. US security clearance and ITAR may apply.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in electrical engineering with experience in electronics design.
• Experience in design, analysis, integration, and test of custom electronics.
• Proficiency with Altium, SPICE, MATLAB, Simulink, HyperLynx, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed digital electronics using ADCs, DACs, FPGAs, and processors.
• Analyze analog circuits including low-noise conditioning and power amplifiers.
• Collaborate to meet program needs within time and budget constraints.
• Support electronics manufacturing and test within a cross-functional team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
