Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute activities supporting the Combat Forces Command (CFC) Lessons Learned Program.
• Support the full lifecycle of the CFC Lessons Learned Program (discovery, validation, resolution, evaluation, and dissemination).
• Manage LL records within authorized systems, including JLLIS and USSF equivalents.
• Track validated recommendations from assignment through closure, coordinating owners and timelines.
• Design and administer collection instruments for exercises and operations.
• Develop and brief lessons learned studies and decision-support products.
• Represent CFC in internal and external lessons learned forums.
• Lead or participate in after-action reporting and joint lessons learned activities.
• Integrate lessons learned into doctrine, training, wargames, and professional military education.
