Job summary

You will assess risks, scope audits, and guide cross-functional teams through readiness efforts and process enhancements. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in audit and accounting, strong SOX and US GAAP knowledge, and a proven ability to lead teams and influence across departments, including remote locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related audit and accounting experience.
• Strong background in public company SOX compliance, accounting, and finance processes.
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, ASC 606, PCAOB and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Support a changing SOX landscape and drive process improvement as strategic advisor.
• Provide end-to-end business knowledge for SOX readiness and program maturation.
• Own assigned process areas, understand business activities and controls, and act as SME.
• Develop annual SOX prioritization assessment and plan.
• Review processes with cross-functional teams to identify risk and design controls.
• Design, implement and test ICFR in line with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Ensure SOX documentation, flowcharts, narratives and controls are up to date.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure key controls are performed satisfactorily.
• Work in a dynamic, high-growth environment to enable innovation and execution.
• Drive breakthrough solutions and help Salesforce scale.
