Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director to join our management‑led SOX 360 Program Office. The role acts as a strategic advisor across our global enterprise, translating US GAAP, ICFR, and PCAOB requirements into practical controls and processes for Quote to Cash and other areas.

You will own assigned process areas, lead SOX readiness, collaborate with external auditors, mentor team members, and drive improvements in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of audit and accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience supporting a company's SOX program with internal controls.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and PCAOB requirements.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to communicate with external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional SOX readiness and program maturation.
• Own assigned process areas, document controls and narratives.
• Review processes to identify risks and design controls.
• Ensure up-to-date SOX documentation including flowcharts.
• Partner with business units and auditors to align scope and thresholds.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
