Qualifications

• 10+ years of audit and accounting experience in public or private sectors.
• Experience leading teams and giving actionable feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience supporting a company's SOX program and internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, US GAAP, and finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise the business on evolving SOX landscape and improvements.
• Lead end-to-end SOX readiness and program maturation.
• Own controls and policies for assigned processes.
• Partner to spot risk early and redesign controls.
• Keep SOX docs audit-ready as the source of truth.
• Drive automation and analytics to reduce compliance effort.
• Manage external auditor relationships for areas.
• Mentor and grow the team.
