Qualifications

• 10+ years of related audit & accounting experience in public accounting and private industry.
• Experience leading teams and providing clear performance feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor on a fast-evolving SOX landscape and drive process improvements.
• Own SOX readiness and program maturation end-to-end.
• Lead team as authority for assigned process areas—own controls and policies.
• Partner across the business to spot risk early, redesign controls, and assess deficiencies.
• Keep SOX documentation audit-ready and the single source of truth.
• Drive automation and analytics to lean out compliance work while maintaining control effectiveness.
• Own the external auditor relationship and conduct walkthroughs.
• Mentor and grow your team with actionable feedback.
